At the Athletic Hall of Fame Golf Tournament Banquet on May 7, 2018 we will be awarding scholarship money. If you are interested in being considered for a scholarship from the Santa Ana College Athletic Hall of Fame, please fill out the questionnaire and return it to the Santa Ana College Athletic Department before April 15, 2018.
The questionnaire is a PDF with fillable forms. Please type your responses into the form and then print the document. Once printed, please sign and initial the form as needed and return it to the mailbox of the Sports Information Coordinator, Cammie Lewis, in W-102.
We know that you may be in the process of applying for financial aid and scholarships, with perhaps no definite plans for your future or where you might go to college/university. Answer the questions on the application as best & completely as you can at this time.
Our scholarship money is awarded for continuing education purposes and is presented to the college or university on proof of entrance into your account.
