SANTA ANA- Dons football defeats the Glendale Vaqueros 24-17 in their third conference game and second win in a row.

In the first quarter, Glendale opened the game with a five yard field goal against the Dons. Then Connor Miller scored the first touchdown with a seven yard run and a good PAT kick by Jonah Mack.

In the second quarter, Barry Ware received a 24 yard pass from Connor Miller for the Don's second touchdown. Glendale scored again with another good PTA, but the Dons still had the lead at 14-10.

In the third quarter, the Vaqueros scored one more time, but Hudson Hankins made a 38 yard rush and scored for the Dons. The game ended with a second straight win for the Dons at 24-17.

Dons football will play again on Saturday Oct. 22, against El Camino-Compton Center at 6:00 p.m.
