Boston Scores as Dons Get Win Over West LA

SANTA ANA- The Dons pulled their record to 4-5 and 4-1 in conference as they led in their 52-28 victory over visiting West Los Angeles College in their last home conference game of the 2016 season. The Dons will travel to Pasadena City College for their next game on Saturday, Nov 12 at 7 p.m.

The Dons grabbed the first lead of the game with five minutes into action with William Hanley scoring on a 39-yard pass from Conner Miller. Then Kameron Taylor answered just as quickly with a 57-yard touchdown pass from Conner Miller.

Deven Boston opened the second quarter by scoring a 50-yard run for the Dons to bring the score up to a 24-0 lead. West LA then reacted with two touchdowns.  
 
The next three scores belonged to the Dons with Sammonte Bonner catching a 33-yard pass from Miller, Deven Boston with a 1-yard run, and Jordan Wells receiving a 15-yard pass from Miller to end the third quarter with a 45-21 lead. 
In the fourth quarter, Boston sealed the game with a 45-yard run to make the score 52-28 in favor of the host Dons.
Boston had the big day for SAC as he rushed for 171 yards and three touchdowns, while Kameron Taylor led the way receiving with 112 yards on six catches.
