At the annual post-conference Orange Empire Conference men's soccer coaches meeting, the OEC coaches selected the First and Second All-Orange Empire Conference Teams while naming Oscar Navarro the 2016 OEC Most Valuable Player.

Navarro, a freshman forward, led the conference with 19 goals in the season and 14 goals in conference. He had nine assists in conference and 11 assists overall.

Also receiving All-OEC honors were freshmen Leonardo Oliveira, Joseph Vasquez, and Everado Serrano, who were each named First Team All-OEC. Freshmen Matheus Cuhna and Christian Gutierrez were each named Second-Team All-Orange Empire Conference.

The Santa Ana College men's soccer team has been named the No. 6 seed for the 2016 Southern California Regional Playoffs and will host the Fullerton College Hornets in an opening-round game on Saturday, Nov. 19 at 2 p.m.

REMINDER - Admission for Saturday's playoff match at SAC is $12 for adults and $8 for all identified students (with ID), faculty, staff, senior citizens age 60 and older and children under 12. No passes will be accepted. Ticket prices are determined by the CCCAA. No food or drink (except water) allowed at the Soccer Complex.
