Dons Matched up with No. 5 Santa Monica in Round Two on Tuesday

SANTA ANA, Calif. – After defeating the No. 13 ranked Los Angeles Mission Eagles in the first round of the 2018 California Community College Athletic Association Southern Regional Playoffs on Saturday, the fourth seeded Santa Ana College men's soccer team will host No. 5 Santa Monica on Tuesday afternoon in round two.

Santa Ana, now 12-3-5 overall, will have to hold off the high powered offense of the Santa Monica Corsairs if they want to advance to the next round. SMC has scored 54 goals this season which ranks them 13th in the state in the category while Santa Ana has only given up 15 goals, tying them for the sixth fewest in the state.

SMC comes into the match with a 16-2-4, 7-1-2 record, securing a Western State Conference North Division championship.

Ticket prices are $12 for adults and $8 for students (with valid ID), staff/faculty, senior citizens (60+) and children under 12 years of age. Only CCCAA-approved passes will be honored.
