SANTA ANA, Calif. - The Santa Ana College Softball team will start off the 2022 season with a home game against Mt. San Jacinto on January 27th at 11:00 a.m.
The Dons are excited to get back to work and build off a great 2021 season where they finished 19-8 overall, taking third place in the Orange Empire Conference standings.
SAC will have their work cut out for them with a handful of tough non-conference opponents including El Camino, Mt. San Antonio and Palomar. The last time each of those three opponents had full seasons, they combined for a record 122-8.
In addition, they'll face some of the best teams in the state during the Orange Empire Conference schedule starting on February 16th against Saddleback at 2:00 p.m.
