20 years after playing for the Santa Ana College Men’s Basketball team, Zac Fray still remains number two on the all-time scoring leaders list for the Dons with 1269 points in two seasons. He also still holds the records for most rebounds (629) and highest field goal percentage (.610).

 

The 6’6 forward out of Fairfax High School nearly averaged a double-double with 19.8 points and 9.8 rebounds in his career as a Don and was named Co-Conference Player of the Year and All-State after his freshman year.

 

Fray helped guide the Dons to a deep run in the state tournament during the 1999-2000 season after securing another Orange Empire Conference Championship.

 

Following his time with the Dons Fray went on to play basketball overseas in Ireland.
