Emily Whitecavage shattered most of the Santa Ana College Softball hitting records during her two years with the Dons from 2014 to 2015.

Today, she still holds nine total records including career records for highest batting average (.496), hits (123), runs scored (100), stolen bases (64) and walks (52).

The outfielder out of Vista del Lago High School led Santa Ana on two CCCAA Super Regional playoff runs while claiming the Orange Empire Conference MVP award in 2015 and earning NFCA First Team All-State and First Team All-OEC honors in both seasons.

Following her time at Santa Ana, Whitecavage decided to put the glove down to take a coaching job as an assistant with OlympiGold Medalist Crystal Bustos for a brief stint. Shortly after, she enrolled at West Coast University and began her career in the medical industry after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
