SANTA ANA, Calif. – Santa Ana men's basketball fell to the Saddleback Gauchos (17-8, 10-3) at home in Orange Empire Conference play on Friday night. The Dons kept things close in the first half, trailing by only six (31-25) at halftime but struggled to score early in the second half. A 17-5 Gaucho run pushed them out of reach and led to a 70-52 loss.
