Keila Tenorio led the frame off with a triple before scoring on a single by Annie Dowling. Dowling came around later and scored on a wild pitch before Emily Whitecavage singled in Marissa Ross who reached on a bunt single. Whitecavage later scored on a RBI-single by Rice before Katlyn Harvey singled in Rice and Sabrina Perez.

Two more runs would come across for SAC in the third inning with Ross and McAndrew scoring on two separate errors. Both reached on infield singles before coming around to score later in the inning.

The Knights scored their two runs on a solo home run by Brianna Leigh-Pink in the first inning and a RBI-double by Carleen Casey that plated Charlotte Guerrero in the fifth inning.
