SANTA ANA, Calif. – Alexandria Owens has finished a remarkable career at Santa Ana College and will transfer to Cal State San Bernardino to join the Coyotes Track & Field team.

Owens proved to be one of the best sprinters in Santa Ana history as she turned in marks in the top three all-time in both the 100m (12.53) and 200m (25.64) events during her freshman season.

While leading the way on track, Owens also excelled in the classroom as she earned scholar-athlete status (at least 3.0 gpa) and was named the 2019 Santa Ana College Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

The CSUSB Coyotes compete at the NCAA Division II level and are members of the California Collegiate Athletic Association.
