SANTA ANA, Calif. – The Orange Empire Conference volleyball coaches recognized two members of the Santa Ana women's volleyball team as freshmen Ally Wardlow and Myrandah Zepeda were voted to the 2019 All-OEC teams.
Wardlow, a freshman from Foothill Highschool, played her way onto the All-OEC first team as she led the conference in digs with 477 as well as aces at 55. The libero set school records in both categories in her first season with the Dons.
Zepeda earned second team honors as the most dangerous hitter on the SAC team. The outside hitter out of Cypress High was the team leader in kills and finished with the 12th most in the conference with 226.
Santa Ana is set to bring the duo back along with most of the team in 2020.
