The Santa Ana College (SAC) women's cross country team finished in 15th place at the Southern California Regional Finals qualifying the team for the 2011 California Community College Athletic Association Women's Cross Country State Championships.

The 2011 State Championships will be held at Woodward Park in Fresno on Saturday, November 19 at 10:00 a.m.

The Dons were led by Susana Marquez who finished in 29th place out of 198 runners. She was followed by Reyna Fonseca who scored in 44th place. Alicia Sotelo came in 92nd place with Cassandra Melendrez finishing 130th and Yulma Gonzalez finishing in 156th to round out the Dons runners.

As a team, the Dons finished in 15th place out of 28 teams competing. Glendale College claimed the top spot ahead of Orange Coast College in second place.
