HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - The Santa Ana College Beach Volleyball team collected its second win of the season after splitting a pair of matches on Friday morning. 

SAC started the day with a 4-0 sweep over the Fullerton Hornets (0-12) before dropping their second set against Riverside City Tigers (8-13) by a score of 4-1. 

Taylor Vagana and Dianna Nguyen paired up in the No. 1 spot for the Dons (2-12) and went 2-0 on the day. The duo won their first set 21-14, 21-11 and followed that with a hard fought 26-24, 21-17 win against the Tiger's top pair. 

Santa Ana also saw their 2-4 pairs composed of Lyric Birdsong/Katelyn Garcia, Sara Brittin/Rebecca Sena de Oliveira and Hadassah Miranda/Alexis Tortola all go 1-1 in the OEC tri-meet. 

The Dons will be back in action on April 11th when they take on Santiago Canyon and Orange Coast at Irvine Great Park starting at 9:00 a.m.
