Blaysen Varnadoe Signs with CBU

SANTA ANA, Calif. – After a remarkable two seasons playing for the Santa Ana College Women's Basketball team, Blaysen Varnadoe has signed a national letter of intent to attend the University of California Baptist.

The decorated sophomore averaged 20 points and 10.8 rebounds in 55 games for the Dons. She has been the recipient of several awards such as So-Cal Player of the Year, Orange Empire Player of the Year, 2017 SAC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and most recently a 2017 WBCA All-American.

Varnadoe will join a CBU team that claimed the 2017 NCAA Division II Pacific West Conference Championship, finishing 35-3 overall and 20-0 in conference play.

CBU has announced that they will be transitioning to the NCAA Division I level, accepting an invitation to the Western Athletic Conference (WAC).
