SANTA ANA, Calif. - Lyric Birdsong and Sara Brittin were voted onto the Women's Volleyball All-Orange Empire Conference teams. 

Birdsong, a freshman out of Cypress High, posted team highs with 176 kills and 154 digs. The outside hitter also racked up 27 service aces, 11 blocks and 11 assists. 

Freshman middle blocker Brittin was added to the second team after tallying 132 kills, 40 blocks, 27 digs and 17 service aces.  The Orangewood High grad provided a much needed presence in the middle for the Dons. 

Santa Ana is set to bring back all their team after posting a 7-18 team with a roster of solely freshman players.
