Following the 2011-12 season, Janelle Flores and Anna Nguyen were named First-Team All-Orange Empire Conference (OEC). The pair represent the Dons first All-OEC honors since the 2009-10 season.

Nguyen finished the season as the conference's second-highest scorer with a 16.9 ppg average with Flores finishing third in the conference with a 15.2 ppg average. The only player to finish above the pair was the OEC Player of the Year, Aunjanay Chambers of Fullerton College.

The pair combined to lead the team in scoring in all but two games this season with Nguyen leading the team 11 times while Flores led the team nine times. Nguyen also turned in the top performance of the season, scoring 32 points in the Dons final game of the season at Fullerton College.
