Ed Arnold Golf Classic Update – Going Virtual

Ed Arnold Golf Classic Update – Going Virtual

SANTA ANA, Calif - Our student athletes and programs need us now more than ever. Due to the health and safety concerns that we are all facing, we are canceling the live, in-person Ed Arnold Golf Classic event that was scheduled to be held on Monday, May 4th at Mission Viejo Country Club.

However, our lead sponsors and college remain committed to supporting the mission of this event and the students and programs that it supports who still need our continued backing.

Today we are inviting you to join us to continue raising your game as we will raise ours by staying involved and committed to supporting our students.

Just as our lead sponsor Craig Realty Group and others have already done, please consider raising your hand as a virtual golfer or sponsor which will include amazing raffle prizes, one of which is a 6 day/7 night trip to Mazatlan. We will be rolling out our raffle prizes and ways to get involved in the next few days.

Special communications in both print and email will be sent out to a list of over 22,000 individuals and corporations articulating all of our event supporters who are committed to supporting our student athletes.

With the cancellation of our physical event, you can be sure that over 95% of each dollar donated to this important cause will be directly given to students who are looking to continue their education at Santa Ana College or transfer to the university of their choice to continue their athletic and scholastic endeavors.

Thank you in advance, and thank you to all of our sponsors who have already affirmed their commitment to our students. We are rallying the support of our community, and are asking for your continued support during this time.

Please call us at 714-564-6091 or email Executive Director Christina Romero at romeo_christina@sac.edu if you have any questions and stay tuned for all options to stay involved during this time.
