Stephanie Sasaki will represent the Santa Ana College women's swim team at the 2009 California Community College Athletic Association Swimming and Diving Championships to be held at Belmont Plaza in Long Beach on April 23-25.

The sophomore swimmer qualified for the 50 yard butterfly and the 100 yard butterfly for the second straight year. Her time in the 50 was the 15th best in the state while her 100 time was 18th.

Last season Sasaki finished 10th in the 50 yard butterfly and 14th in the 100 yard butterfly. She competed in five events overall including a fifth place finish in the 200 yard medley relay.
