Dons Cruise to 92-72 Victory over Orange Coast College to Remain Undefeated

SANTA ANA - The Dons perfect start to Orange Empire Conference competition continued with their 92-72 win over visiting Orange Coast College. The victory improves the Dons to 4-0 in the conference and 10-8 overall while the Pirates fall to 0-4 in conference and 6-15 overall.

The Dons jumped out to a 5-0 lead on a Cameron Hill layup and a Chad Young three-pointer and never looked back. Halfway through the first half, the Dons were up 17-8 before taking a 48-24 lead into the half. The Dons would continue to carry the large lead throughout the second half, before claiming the 20-point victory.

Hill and Cammie Lewis led the way for the Dons, scoring 17 points apiece, while Young chipped in 12 points and DuJuan Williams scored 11 points. Lewis also led the team with eight rebounds while Erik Emanuel was the high assist man, with five.
