The Dons gave their home fans a treat in their final home game of the regular season by shutting out visiting San Diego City College 6-0 in a non-conference game. The game was originally scheduled for February 7, but was postponed due to rain.

All six of the Dons (25-14) runs came in the fourth inning behind six hits and three errors by SD City (19-17-1). Cheyanne Tovar led the inning off with an infield single before she was thrown out at second when Kaitlyn Hooper hit a single to right field. Genna Main followed with a triple that scored Rachel Prentice for the first run of the game. Prentice entered the game as a pinch runner for Hooper.

Kristen Hooper then singled in Main to put the Dons up 2-0 before Sonia Florido reached on an error. After Angelica Cesena fouled out, Alexandra Perkins hit a two-run single through the middle that scored Hooper and Florido. Keila Tenorio then hit a RBI-single to score Perkins before scoring the final run of the game on an error.

Kaitlyn Hooper got the win for the Dons as she held SD City to just two hits over six innings with a pair of strikeouts. Paige Nicolet suffered the loss for the Knights as she allowed six runs, two earned, on 10 hits over six innings.
